With a starting price of $2,498, these bikes boast iconic VanMoof tech and rider-favorite features in a more accessible and reliable package. The S4 & X4 come in four vibrant new colors, promising to bring the joy of riding to more people than ever before.

According to Taco Carlier, co-founder of VanMoof, “one of the hardest things in life is to make things more simple.” The S4 & X4 models embody this principle, with 13 years of in-house innovation distilled into these highly accessible and reliable e-bikes. The latest models share the iconic frame shapes of the best-selling S3 & X3 but have been entirely rebuilt for a simpler, more user-friendly experience.
VanMoof tech and design
The S4 & X4 feature automatic 2-speed gear shifting, an integrated Gen 4 Kick Lock, onboard alarms, and location tracking. These bikes are optimized for fast, frequent rides and come with Turbo Boost for on-demand acceleration and dynamic motor support for an effortlessly intuitive ride. A built-in phone mount allows riders to use the VanMoof app as a dashboard, tracking speed, duration, and distance.
Vibrant new colors
The S4 & X4 are available in four striking colors: Evergreen, Sunbeam Yellow, Purple Fog, and Foam Green.
